ATG Baji is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming platform. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legal agreement between ATG Baji and all of its users. They are governed in accordance with the laws applicable in Bangladesh and all other jurisdictions where ATG Baji operates.

These terms apply whenever you access the platform via the ATG Baji website, mobile app, or any other channel. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

• ATG Baji reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.

To register an account with ATG Baji, the following conditions must be met. By completing registration, you confirm that you satisfy all of these requirements.

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age. Participation by minors is strictly prohibited and may be subject to legal penalties.
• Single Account: Each individual may create one account only. Creating multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. Providing false or incorrect details will result in immediate account termination.
• Password Security: You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Sharing your password with anyone else is strictly prohibited.
• Contact Information: A valid mobile number and email address are required and will be verified.

ATG Baji supports all major mobile banking services in Bangladesh — bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Bank transfers are also accepted. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Minimum Deposit: BDT 500. The maximum deposit limit depends on your account tier and verification status.
• Withdrawal Processing Time: Typically within 1 to 24 hours. For first-time withdrawals where KYC verification is pending, processing may take up to 48 hours.
• Withdrawal Conditions: Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the deposit. A different withdrawal method will require additional verification.
• Transaction Fees: ATG Baji generally does not charge any transaction fees. However, third-party payment providers may apply their own fees.
• Currency: All balances and transactions are displayed in BDT.

ATG Baji reserves the right to suspend any suspicious transaction pending investigation. All large transactions are monitored in accordance with international anti-money laundering regulations.

ATG Baji regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions, which are detailed on the respective promotion page.

• Welcome Bonus: Applicable to new members on their first deposit only. Each member is eligible for this bonus once only.
• Wagering Requirements: A minimum wagering amount is required before bonus funds can be withdrawn (typically 10x to 30x the bonus value). Wagering requirements vary by bonus.
• Validity: Every bonus has a set expiry period. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
• Bonus Abuse: Strategic betting designed to exploit bonus benefits — such as placing wagers on both outcomes — is strictly prohibited.
• Bonus Cancellation: ATG Baji reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw any bonus at any time and for any reason.

All betting activity on ATG Baji is conducted in accordance with set rules. Please verify all details before confirming a bet, as confirmed bets cannot be changed.

• Minimum Bet: The minimum stake per bet is ৳10 BDT. Maximum limits are determined by the market and your account tier.
• Odds Change: ATG Baji reserves the right to adjust odds at any time before a bet is finalised. Once a bet is confirmed, it will be settled at the odds accepted at that time.
• Event Cancellation: If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Technical Issues: If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, ATG Baji reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• Live Betting: Disconnections during in-play betting may affect active bets. ATG Baji does not accept liability for such occurrences.
• Betting History: All bet records are stored in your account, and ATG Baji's server data shall be considered final in the event of any dispute.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ATG Baji platform. Violations will result in permanent account closure and possible forfeiture of funds.

• Multiple Accounts: Operating more than one account under the same identity is strictly prohibited.
• Account Sharing: Allowing another person to use your account is strictly prohibited.
• Bots & Automated Software: The use of betting automation tools or bots is strictly prohibited.
• Match Fixing: Placing bets with prior knowledge of a match outcome is a criminal offence.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform for money laundering purposes is strictly prohibited.
• System Hacking: Exploiting or attempting to exploit platform vulnerabilities is strictly prohibited.

ATG Baji takes the protection of your personal data very seriously. Our Privacy Policy is published separately and forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.

• Your personal information is never sold or shared with third parties.
• Payment details are protected with SSL encryption.
• User information may be disclosed to authorities when required by law.

ATG Baji reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances.

• If there is a suspected breach of terms or any indication of fraudulent activity.
• Registering with false or inaccurate information.
• If KYC verification has not been completed or if the verification attempt fails.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months) may be temporarily suspended.
• You may also close your account at any time by contacting our support team.

Upon account closure, any regular (non-bonus) balance will be refunded. However, if the account is closed due to a breach of these terms, the balance may be forfeited.

ATG Baji believes that betting is a form of entertainment, not a solution to financial problems. We encourage all members to develop healthy and responsible gaming habits.

• Deposit Limit: You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Cool-Down: You may take a temporary break from betting for a set period.
• Self-Exclusion: Self-exclusion is available for a permanent or extended break from the platform.
• Reality Check: You can set reminders to notify you of how long you have been playing at regular intervals.
